Over, Under, All AroundIn fall of 2021, Amanda developed Over, Under, All Around, an on-your-feet playground performance for 2-6 year-olds and their families. She collaborated with adult artists, very young children, and their educators through a series of outdoor Play Lab research sessions. Research participants explored all the wild things that might happen on a playground and, as a result, the production of Over, Under, All Around was based entirely on the ideas that emerged. This production was built in partnership with the Ballard Center.
The research, rehearsal, and production processes were done entirely outdoors and the show was performed for 25 audience members at a time. Amanda Pintore served as the lead researcher, director, and a performer on this project. Lawrence Arts Center
