Baby DiscoBaby Disco: a daytime dance party for 0-6 year olds was a one day event designed specifically for very young children and their families. In the Lawrence Arts Center's Play Lab research series, a musician built original music while studying very young children as they danced and painted with their hands and feet. Baby Disco featured both the live score and the artwork that was created.
The event also included snacks, an open dance floor, and the chance to meet other families with very young children in the Lawrence community. Amanda served as the lead researcher and coordinator on this project. Lawrence Arts Center Lawrence, KS April 6, 2019 |
